How Did That Happen?<\/h2>\n<p>A few weeks ago I spotted a tweet about healthy eating.\u00a0 It said something along the lines of &#8220;<em>eat a bit less food and be more active, then you&#8217;ll lose weight<\/em>&#8220;.\u00a0 I ReTweeted it with a sarcy\u00a0comment: &#8220;<em>No sh*t Sherlock<\/em>&#8221;
